Standard iEC 60364 provides few information regarding diversity factors - particularly for residential applications, where differences in habits between countries can be significant. And for your information, this is not really the number of blocks that matters, but the number of apartments supplied by the same transformer. So, not sure the case "two blocks sharing one transformer" is really needed.

But maybe, we misunderstood your question. Could you explain more what you have requested exactly?
